Orders & Shipping

The estimated time in shipping begins once the order status has changed to “Shipped”. makes every effort to ship the same day the order is placed but it is not guaranteed. The day the order ships is not considered the 1st shipping day. Customized products, such as licensed player jerseys, may take additional processing time prior to shipment, typically within 3-10 business days. If you need a customized product by a specific date, please contact us for a shipping estimate. Orders without customized products typically ship within 1 business day, not including items clearly marked as “Pre Order” by a yellow disclaimer box on the product page.

Delivery Date Examples:
Order Placed – Tuesday evening
Shipment Date – Wednesday
Arrival Date for UPS 2nd Day Air – Friday
Arrival Date for UPS Ground – Typically within one week of Wednesday

Holidays and Adverse Weather Conditions may affect the Delivery Schedule.
Ground shipping typically does not take longer than 5 business days anywhere in the United States. However, if the order is coming directly from the manufacturer it may take an extra day or so. Also, international shipping varies upon location. A good general estimate is 3 to 7 seven business days. International shipments may take up to 4 days to verify before being fulfilled, but is typically verified within 2 days

Your order status is available online when you login to your account. Select the face icon next to the cart button in the top menu on any page of the site and use the same account information provided when you placed the order. The order status will be posted there.

You order has been fulfilled and has shipped to you. Order tracking information will be emailed on the day of shipment.

Direct from Manufacturer
The item is shipping directly to you from the manufacturer. Occasionally, the shipment tracking information is delayed from the manufacturer. Please send any returns or exchanges directly to if you receive an item Direct from Manufacturer.

In Shipping
Our shipping department has received the order and is preparing the order for shipment. It will usually go out within 1-2 business days of being in this status.

Partially Shipped
The order contained more than one item and a portion of the order has shipped to the customer and the remaining items are pending information from the manufacturer. It’s possible the manufacturer items have shipped and we have not received tracking for it yet. We will get tracking information to you as soon as possible.

In Shipping CU
There is an issue with the order that requires information from the customer that was not provided at the time the order was placed. This could be address verification, order inventory status has changed and a substitute item is recommended or other product verification questions.

Returns & Exchanges

Clearance return eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information if you would like to return/exchange a clearance product.

Please note that is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments which were made without the use of our UPS Return Service Label. If you choose to return an order using your own shipping method, we recommend insuring it. does not allow you to return or exchange personalized jerseys. Once a jersey is customized it is no longer in its original condition.

The returns and exchanges department will process the refund within two to five business days of receiving the returned package. It may take several business days to actually show up on your credit card statement.

This simply means “kids” or youth sizes. Any size that has a K behind it is smaller than a size 1 and usually goes down to a 10K. Nike also offers size “C” referring to toddler size and youth sizes.

General FAQ

All items available to “Add To Cart” are in stock through the warehouse or as a “Direct From Manufacturer” shipment from the manufacturer. There are “Backorder” items available to add to cart on, but these are largely limited to team items such as socks and bulk-purchase balls. Contact us for more information if you have a deadline. When you visit the product page, after selecting a size and color the page will automatically refresh and state either “currently in stock” or “currently unavailable”. There is also a search filter on Category pages called the “Narrow By” bar. Use the filter to limit the products on the page to a specific gender, brand or size. Items that are visible on the page have inventory available for purchase matching your filter criteria.

If you would like us to price-match a competitor’s offer, please contact us directly. Price Matching is determined case-by-case as there are many counterfeit and fraudulent websites offering similar products to ours and we must verify the authenticity of the retailer. We only offer sale price matching up to the point you’ve received your order.

This will largely depend on the individual products. In general, we do re-stock licensed apparel, but footwear is typically unable to be restocked due to the release schedules set by our suppliers; Nike, Adidas, New Balance, etc. Please contact us if you would like to know if/when a product will be restocked.

Orders shipping to an address in California will be charged sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Shipments made outside of the US and US territories may be subject to import and brokerage fees, taxes, and additional processing time.
