Return Policy


Please make sure to NOT send back footwear by using the original shoe box as a shipping box and taping it up. This will result in a non-refund and item will be sent back to you. 

Although we hope you adore your new purchase, we recognize that occasionally you might need to exchange or return an item. Our goal at is to simplify this procedure as much as we can. To claim a refund for the products you purchased, please ship back any fresh, unused, and unworn items to us within 30 (thirty) days after the order fulfillment date. (Items for sale are also accepted for store credit.)


All returns and exchanges must go through our returns process. Click here to start the process. You'll need your order number and your email or phone number on the order to start a return process.


All unworn footwear must be in its original footwear box and returned within a Separate shipping box or poly mailer. Shoebox cannot be taped up.

Products must be unused, have the original tags attached, and be in original packaging.

Products cannot be washed or have an odor smell such as perfume cologne deodorant.

You can locate what you need to complete the exchange on our website by clicking on "shop" at this time, which will take you back there. You are responsible for paying the mailing label when returning the item to us, however we do cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item.


Use our returns page to get started if you need to return shoes that you purchased or were given as a gift.
