Personalized jerseys require 2-3 weeks for shipping due to the need to order official name and numbers our vendor, regardless of the shipping method you choose. Our name and number sets are authentic, and all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are responsible for your package until it reaches the post office. After that, it is no longer within our control. At checkout, we recommend selecting the USPS Priority Mail delivery option, which includes up to $100 in insurance against loss or damage. If you do not pick Priority Mail shipping and the USPS loses or damages your order, Soccer Stores cannot issue a refund. Most orders are shipped via USPS and are insured by USPS.
